For the best experience, have candles, a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow ready for the class, all from the comfort of your own home.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.

Teaching Taiji
Taiji in Chicago is our school of taiji (taichi) where we practice Daoist Principles in motion.
Mia practices and teaches taiji using the system taught by Patrick Kelly. This taiji system is an intelligent synthesis of the three great esoteric streams of Daoism/Buddhism, Gnosticism/Sufism, and Yogic internal work as studied by Patrick for over 50 years and synthesized with the approval of his teachers. Mia was raised practicing martial arts and has studied with Patrick Kelly and his senior teachers since 2016.
