Korean New Year Soup Recipe 떡국! I LOVE rice cake soup, especially on New Year's Day. It's not too late to enjoy this gluten free, vegan optional soup. A great recipe is here. Yum! Use soy sauce instead of beef broth or fish sauce to veg out. Don't use too much or the broth will be too dark! Each rice cake represents one more healthy year of life.
