Private yoga is a personalized, holistic yoga session with me. A private yoga session includes a tailored yoga posture practice, simple and effective breathing techniques, meditation practices, acupressure massage (marma point therapy) and consultation on healthy life style choices. Private yoga can happen on Skype, over the phone, and in person. I work closely with you to set achievable goals and meet you where you are. Together we will optimize your physical, mental and energetic physiology. I offer mindful private yoga instruction to individuals and groups. Yoga is much more than physical poses. Private yoga sessions create internal and external balance to cultivate power in a sustainable way.
One hour of private yoga instruction for up to two people is $120. Add $15 for each additional participant. Additional travel rates and rental fees may apply. Gift certificates are available.
